August in our Dining Hall showcases the bounty of the Hudson Valley’s harvest. Our kitchen sources local, sustainable, and mostly plant-based ingredients from farms in the region. Many of Omega's recipes can be found here on our website. The lawn outside the Dining Hall is a favorite place to cool off under the shade of a tree.
