Back Bends to Hip Openers to Pranayama

 Discover how to open yourself as a conduit between heaven and earth and feel the natural absorption of prana, which animates your mind and body. In this class, we use an intermediate back bend sequence to prepare for a more advanced hip opening sequence. These two sequences together set us up for seated pranayama and seated meditation. Intermediate and advanced practitioners are welcome.
