Beginner Safe in content and pace for the beginner and open to all fitness levels, classes focus on fundamental principles or approaches to asana.
General These classes offer something for the newer as well as the seasoned practitioner. Fitness level required may vary; please read individual course descriptions for more information.
Seasoned Open to experienced practitioners, these classes require some yoga experience. Fitness level required may vary; please read individual course descriptions for more information.
Advanced Open to seasoned yoga practitioners with a strong personal practice. Participants should have experience with the class’ focus, such as back bends, arm balances, etc.
