Ways to Give
Omega depends on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and corporations to supplement what program tuition and fees do not cover. Every gift affects the experience of more than 23,000 program participants each year and ripples beyond them into the world. Our online donation form makes it easy to support Omega now.
Gifts of Stock
Securities or stocks held more than one year, and that have increased in value, make extremely effective gifts. You are entitled to deductions for the fair market value of the stock on the date of the gift, plus you pay no tax on the capital gain value of the gift shares. A deduction of up to 30 percent of your adjusted gross income is available, with a five-year carry-over of excess deductions.
Legacy gifts play a vital role in the future of Omega as we work to secure our long-term strength and impact in our world. Legacy gifts are also known as planned gifts, and include bequests made in a will, beneficiary designations of a life insurance policy or retirement plan, and other ways to make a difference.
We are deeply grateful to corporate sponsors who offer financial support and in-kind goods and services. To encourage and accelerate the flow of learning from individuals into the workplace, we dedicate significant resources toward learning opportunities for employees and families of corporate sponsors. We also provide an increasing variety of online, on campus, and urban event integration opportunities, including home page representation on eOmega.org and eMarketing opportunties through email, content placement, social media, online learning, audio, video, and more.
For every corporate sponsorship dollar:
- 85% goes to the designated Omega program
- 15% strengthens Omega’s responsibility initiatives, including:
- Staff retreats and workshop attendance
- Staff discounts on Omega campus services
- Access to future online learning and on-site training
