Steve Taylor, a researcher and author of five books, was included in Mind, Body, Spirit magazine’s list of "the 100 most spiritually influential living people." Refreshing Yogurt Fruit Shake
A mango lassi sounds quite exotic, but it's very simple to prepare. A mixture of fruit, yogurt, water, and ice, it's an impressive drink that can be modified to satisfy individual tastes. If my father is preparing it, he likes to add salt and buttermilk instead of yogurt. I prefer sweet and fruity lassis rather than salty lassis. Sometimes, instead of adding just water, I add a cup of delicious almond milk, which makes it uniquely mine. How will you make it uniquely yours? Serves 4 More
