Melissa Delaney-Del Valle

Melissa Delaney-Del Valle is a certified executive coach and mediator with a specialization in conflict resolution. As a professional performer for almost three decades, she is also a member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA.
 
She first discovered the power of improvisational theater as a tool for human development when she worked as a drama instructor at a camp for youth experiencing homelessness. She has been using the tools of improv to help others grow in a variety of contexts, including executive coaching, presentation and presence training, teacher education, youth development, and television production.
 
Melissa has juggled a career in media as an actress/voice-over artist and producer with her educational endeavors, guest lecturing at NYU, City University of New York, and Bank Street College of Education. She co-facilitated with the founder of Improvisor’s Mindset, Dion Flynn, with the boutique learning and development firm, Performance of a Lifetime, bringing applied improvisation to Fortune 100 companies. As an associate partner for Performance of a Lifetime, she continues to teach improvisation as a tool for development with clients such as Google, Microsoft, Pfizer, Rolls Royce, and more.
