Description

Learn to get out of your own way and play effortless tennis.

Former circuit pro Gary Adelman draws on movement studies of the Alexander Technique, Japanese aikido, and Chinese tai chi to teach you how to work with your true opponent on the tennis court: yourself.

Using hands-on guided movement, music, breathing, demonstration, drills, discussion, and state-of-the-art video feedback, you learn how to take your game to the next level by staying calm, relaxed, and focused as you play.

You also discover how to add topspin and power to your strokes using natural body rotation and spirals, add more pop and bounce to your serve, and maximize agility and court position with new footwork patterns.

Be prepared to have a lot of fun, hit a lot of balls, and learn a whole new way of working on yourself and your game.

Intermediate players—those who play regularly and have a certain level of consistency to their shots—are welcome. Tennis Without Tension is not suitable for beginners.
