Guided by Yoga Journal mentor teacher Desirée Rumbaugh, you work and play each day surrounded and nurtured by other yogis. In this intense, yet playful practice, you are encouraged to remember who you are at the deepest level, while also being challenged to see yourself and your habits with more clarity. You naturally develop new and better habits that help you move forward into an even more balanced life.

Yoga practitioners and yoga instructors practicing any style of yoga are invited.
Participants must be able to kick up to a handstand against a wall and push up to urdhva danurasana (wheel pose) with straight arms.
