Description

Scientists have long believed that by the time we turn 21 our brains stop growing. Recent discoveries have proven this is not so. Every day and for our entire lives, our brains are evolving in response to our experiences, thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Omega has brought together a distinguished group of explorers in the field of neuroplasticity—the study of the brain’s ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections—to show us how we can dramatically improve our brains and our lives.

Delving into the inner workings of the brain, the arts, meditation, relationship practices, and mind-body exercises, we learn tips and tools to enhance our creativity, problem-solving, relating, and attention skills for years to come. Mental health professionals interested in learning about neuroplasticity will find this program to be a significant contribution to their practices.
