Description

Mindfulness has become part of mainstream American culture, but there is often a lack of clarity about what it means.

Terry Fralich has developed a unique approach to mindfulness, taught to more than 15,000 people nationwide, that transforms negative emotions and cultivates more confidence, joy, and love. This is a fundamental practice and goal of mindfulness. And in this Five Core Skills of Mindfulness workshop, you discover how Fralich’s approach to mindfulness is something you can begin right away.

Through lecture, discussion, and meditation and mindfulness training, you learn and practice specific meditation techniques that enable you to better manage stress and cultivate more balance. You also learn how the latest advances in neuroscience confirm that mindfulness practice changes the brain and transforms old, unhealthy reactions.

You leave this mindfulness workshop refreshed, reenergized, and with a clear understanding of how practicing mindfulness can lead to more happiness. This workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in mindfulness and for helping professionals who want to use skills they learn with their clients.
