Description

Touch is our first primal sense and it comes straight from the heart. Our world is shaped for life by those first days when we touch our mother’s skin. As adults, when we are touched by the people we love and who love us, the level of communication, sharing, and unity can take us beyond words, time, and space.

Join Thai massage experts Megan Shane and Shai Plonksi to learn the art of compassionate touch as you’ve never felt it before. Through massage, yoga, and meditation, this partner massage workshop can deepen your bonds with your partner and give you skills to relieve tension, ease pain, and be together in new ways for the rest of your life. Together with your partner you:

  • Learn heart-opening meditation and yoga practices
  • Practice an accessible, deeply relaxing 45-minute massage form that includes assisted stretching, palpation techniques, and energy movements
  • Explore ways to master your new skills and make them an everyday part of your life

After the workshop you receive web-based videos that you can reference for ongoing support.

This workshop is open to everyone, including massage therapists and other bodywork professionals who want to learn partner massage.
