Helping people to integrate the techniques of energy medicine into personal and professional care is the dream and passion of Donna Eden, author of the best-selling book Energy Medicine. To help students learn and practice the basics of energy medicine, Donna Eden and her senior staff members developed the Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) Foundations Training.
In this highly interactive monthlong training, you learn practical energy techniques and methods; gain a better understanding of the body’s natural self-healing capacity; and bring more vitality, joy, and spirit into your life. You also learn how to share these gifts with others, both personally and professionally.
Along with extensive study of the fundamental EEM principles and methods, this training also covers topics such as the energies of love, EEM for the eyes, working with the auric field, jump-starting joy with radiant circuits, professional ethics, and how to develop your own energy medicine practice.
Through class lectures, engaging discussions, and experiential hands-on work, you learn to:
- Apply specific energy techniques to boost energy levels and strengthen the immune system
- Employ techniques to reduce stress and alleviate pain
- Test for and remove energy blocks
- Explore the chakras, five elements, and energy testing for health
- Work with meridian energy to balance the body
- Understand EEM therapeutic protocols
- Utilize EEM techniques and exercises to help you and your clients achieve more resiliency and health
Included in this monthlong training is a weekend workshop with Donna Eden and David Feinstein, as well as a special appearance by Donna Eden. All EEM Foundations Training classes at Omega will be taught by Donna Eden’s senior Certification Program faculty members. These include EEM director of education, Vicki Matthews, and other training professionals with decades of experience in Eden Energy Medicine,
many of whom have taught with Donna Eden for years.
This training is open to health-care practitioners and anyone interested in energy medicine. Professionals can use EEM techniques in their existing practices.

Donna Eden will not be teaching this course, but attendance in the Energy Medicine weekend workshop with Donna Eden and David Feinstein is included in the tuition.
