We are no longer taking online registrations for this workshop.

Further your study of yogic massage or learn something new through the Tara Sequence.

A communal style of massage that can be used with family and friends, as well as professionally, Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork encourages the giver and the receiver to work together to bring renewed energy to the mind and body.

During this workshop, Mukti Michael Buck teaches the fundamentals of the 2-hour Tara Sequence, a choreographed series of postures that address all parts of the body, as well as shorter segments, and additional postures. Through precise and stylistic yogic massage expressions that focus on general and local regions of the body, the Tara Sequence removes stagnations, contractions, and inertia, and clears the nadis (energy meridians), stimulates the chakras, and accesses the marma points.

Through hands-on practice, you learn how to apply transitions and postural assessments with the correct intensity required to reach the body’s optimal position. You are also introduced to Tratak Meditation and pranayama breathing styles for personal empowerment and emotional stability.

Discussions based on readings and personal anecdotes deepen your workshop experience.
