Women's Leadership Intensive

This year, the Women’s Leadership Intensive program brings together all the life-long learning resources of Omega to provide an innovative holistic leadership program designed to address women across the range of life and leadership stages.

As part of a learning cohort, participants engage in an extended course of study, including independent and collaborative learning. Coursework is responsive to individual need, and includes application and practice, both in person and online.
