Wellness Conferences: Omega
For more than a decade, Omega Institute has been a leader in offering wellness conferences, yoga conferences, and, through our Women's Institute, women's conferences in various cities around the country, as well as at our Rhinebeck, New York Campus.
Omega Institute's conferences address some of the most vital issues of our times in a unique way that is equal parts education, relaxation, and celebration. What further distinguishes Omega's conferences is our holistic approach to life and learning, exploring the link between personal and cultural transformation.
Our wellness conferences in recent years have focused on fear and fearlessness in the post-9/11 era; our yoga conferences have focused on helping people combine yoga's physical and spiritual ideals with bringing hope and healing to our world; our women's conferences have focused on gender, power, and peace, and are now being developed and produced by Omega's new Women's Institute.
Some of our many other on-campus conferences explore autism, Buddhist wisdom, issues in public education, negotiation and mediation, intimate relationships, personal and spiritual growth, healing traditions from around the world, and even life after death.
