Registration Information

How to Attend

There are three ways for you to attend this Conference.
  1. You may register for both the main conference and any of the pre- and/or post-conference intensives at a significant discount.
  2. You may register for the main conference only (Friday evening through Sunday afternoon).
  3. You may register for pre- and/or post-conference intensives only.

How to Register

Onsite registration for this conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. Friday, March 31 at the Sheraton New York Hotel, 811 7th Avenue at 53rd Street. We are no longer taking online or phone registrations for this conference.

Session Selections

Please choose among the options and indicate a first, second, and third choice for each session of the conference. We will make every effort to place you in your first choice. Requests for changes will be handled on site at the registration table, pending availability.

Pre- and Post-Conference Intensives

Intensive fees are separate from, and not included in, the main conference fee. You may register for an intensive whether or not you choose to attend the main conference.

Discounts

10 percent discounts toward the main conference will be available to senior citizens (aged 60 and older), full-time students (with a photocopy of current student ID card), and Omega Members (see our membership information page). We also offer a 10 percent Bring-a-Friend discount. If you register at the same time (in the same registration session) with a friend, one of you will receive a 10 percent discount. Only one type of discount may be taken and discounts are available on the main conference only.

Confirmation

A confirmation letter will be mailed to you approximately three weeks after you register. If you register by March 10, 2006 and do not receive a confirmation, contact conference registration by March 29, 2006 at 800-944-1001. Attendance badges will be mailed separately, approximately three weeks before the conference. You must bring your attendance badge with you; it is your only admission to conference events.

Special Needs

If you have special needs that will affect your attendance at the conference, please let us know when you register by phone, or check the box on the registration form. An event coordinator will contact you.

CDs and DVDs

CDs and DVDs of the conference by Omega MediaWorks will be available on site and online after the conference. No other audio or videotapes may be made at the conference.

Books

Our on-site Conference Bookstore will offer a wide selection of books, CDs, and tapes by conference faculty and other authors, plus music and other gift items.
