In this experiential session with Michael Craft, Omega's program director and a practitioner of qigong, tai chi, and Buddhist meditation since the 1970s, we explore gentle and powerful practices that expand energy, develop personal confidence, and maintain strong, fluid boundaries with others. These ancient exercises blend simple, flowing movements with calm, meditative awareness and help us build a base to move beyond our personal fears and blocks into a new kind of relaxed power.
