We live with an inescapable paradox: we are infused with limitless desires, feelings, ideas, and aspirations; and we live in limited, vulnerable bodies that decay and die. In the 21st century, the gift of longevity means that we have more years to become fully human, more connected to the transcendent, and more devoted to those who will live on after we are gone. With personal writing, guided meditation, music, and poetry, this experiential workshop helps us explore these opportunities in the context of our own lives.
