Exploring the attitudes of our families, media, and culture toward the "ideal" body helps us discover our own negative perceptions. This Vinyasa flow yoga class, which is suitable for anyone at any level of yoga experience, offers us the opportunity to explore the power of the physical form, to see its uniqueness and individuality, and to heal our belief systems that have been disempowering us from fully being in our bodies with acceptance and gratitude.
