Rhythm is sacred and primordial for evoking spirit. Through rhythmic movement, asana, breath, and stillness, we fully embrace and embody our yoga, awakening and enlivening our body and connecting us to our spirit and the sacred. We close with chanting the Gayatri Mantra to deepen our connection to our soul.
