This class is the second of a two-part class on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (see Part One: Session B4B) It offers an opportunity to plunge directly into the “now,” deepening our embodiment of the Yoga Sutras through refined movement and profound stillness. You may take either part one or two of this class, or both. Bring a mat, blanket, and cushion if you have one; chairs will also be available. CE credit available.
