Registration Information

How to Attend. There are three ways for you to attend this conference.
  1. You may register for the main conference and any of the pre- and/or post-conference intensives at a discount.
  2. You may register for the main conference only (Friday evening through Sunday afternoon.)
  3. You may register for a pre- and/or post-conference intensive only.
What to bring. A yoga mat, strap, and meditation pillow. These items are also available for purchase on-site. See workshop descriptions for other required items to bring.

How to Register. Fees are listed on the registration form. Payment in full must accompany your registration.

By Phone: Call toll free 800-944-1001, Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Eastern time. It is important for you to have your class choices and Visa, MasterCard, or Discover payment information ready before you call. Provided space is still available, phone registrations will be accepted through September 12, 2006. Beginning September 15, 2006, registrations will be accepted, pending availability, on-site at the Conference Registration Booth.
By Mail: Send the completed form (pdf format; must have Adobe Acrobat Reader) with payment, to: Omega Conference Registration, 150 Lake Drive, Rhinebeck, New York 12572-3252. Make checks payable to Omega Institute.
By Fax: Fax Visa, MasterCard, or Discover information on the completed registration form (pdf format; must have Adobe Acrobat Reader) to 845-266-3769.

Session Selections. Course codes are located at the end of each workshop description. Please choose among the options and indicate a first and second choice for each session of the conference. We will make every effort to place you in your first choice. Requests for changes will be handled on site at the Conference Registration Booth, pending availability.

Pre- and Post-Conference Intensives. Each intensive provides an opportunity to learn techniques and explore topics in-depth. Intensive fees are separate from, and not included in, the main conference fee. You may register for an intensive whether or not you choose to attend the conference.

Discounts. 10 percent discount toward the Main Conference will be available to senior citizens (aged 60 and older), and full-time students (with a photocopy of current student ID card). We also offer a 10 percent Bring-a-Friend discount; if you register at the same time (in the same phone call) with a friend, one of you will receive a 10 percent discount. Only one type of discount may be taken and discounts are available on the Main Conference only.

Confirmation. A confirmation letter will be mailed to you approximately one week after you register. If you register by September 5, 2006 and do not receive a confirmation, contact Conference Registration by September 8, 2006 at 800-944-1001. Attendance badges will be mailed separately, approximately three weeks before the conference. You must bring your attendance badge with you; it is your only admission to conference events.

Special Needs. If you have special needs that will affect your attendance at the conference, please let us know when you register by phone, or check the box on the registration form. An event coordinator will contact you.

CDs and DVDs of the conference by Omega MediaWorks will be available on site and by mail order after the conferece. No other audio or video tapes may be made at the conference.

Books. Our on-site conference bookstore will offer a wide selection of books, CDs, DVDs, and tapes by conference faculty and other authors, plus music and other gift items.
