Working with partners, this class explores the art of touch as it applies to yoga asanas. Touch should help facilitate energetic direction and result in more muscle ease and joint spaciousness. Pushing or forcing a student into a posture is not appropriate and can result in injury. This class concludes with a deep relaxation and specific yoga-massage techniques that can help a student deeply release, detox, and heal. Please note: Bring massage lotion. All levels.
