| Yoga Body, Buddha Mind: An OM Yoga Meditation & Asana Workshop Cyndi Lee Explore how the mutual support of hatha yoga and Buddhist meditation helps us bring our bodies and minds into balance. This intensive includes a mindfulness meditation practice, a dharma talk about working with obstacles, and two asana sessions. The spaciousness, as well as the challenges of yoga, provides an ideal opportunity to apply the Buddhist meditation techniques of watching our mind, recognizing our habits, and opening our hearts. Our investigation looks at how we integrate these practices by letting them inform each other, as well as the rest of our daily lives. All levels. CE credit available. |
