The Art of Breathing: Pranayama

In this early morning class, we explore basic pranayamas using both prone and seated postures. We learn to observe what is correct interaction between breath and mind and the actions of the breath and the actions of the diaphragm so that we do not disturb our nervous system. This correct practice of pranayama will allow us to move through the rest of our day with a quiet inner detachment. Please note: Bring 3 blankets and a belt. CE credit available.
