Toni Riccardi
As partner and chief diversity officer for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Toni Riccardi has addressed the challenges of leading large-scale change that promotes genuine inclusively in a 125,000 person organization across 142 countries. Before retiring from PWC in the summer of 2004, Toni was responsible for the firm's US diversity and work-life strategies. Under her direction, PWC gained national recognition (and a host of awards) for its diversity activities. Toni was also the only woman on the company's 12-member U.S. Management Committee. Prior to joining PWC, Toni was in academia, directing external affairs for Simmons College Graduate School of Management. |
