Peter Senge, PhD
Peter Senge, PhD, is the founding chairperson of Society for Organizational Learning and a senior lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is the author of many groundbreaking books, including The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization and coauthor of Presence : An Exploration of Profound Change in People, Organizations, and Society.
