Sarah Powers
Sarah Powers interweaves many disciplines of awareness to create an integral practice of yoga. She incorporates both a Yin style of holding poses and a vinyasa style of moving with the breath, blending the essential aspects of the Iyengar, Ashtanga, and Viniyoga traditions. Her meditation background is in the vipassana and Dzogchen traditions of Buddhism. She lives and teaches in the San Francisco Bay Area. |
