Housing InformationA Single Housing: Type A single housing is a private room with a queen-size bed and a private bath. Bed linens, pillow, blanket, soap, and towels are provided. You may wish to bring extra towels or blankets. These cabins are heated. Facility fee included.Photos [Interior] [Exterior] A Double & A Couple Housing: Type A double housing is a room you share with a roommate with a private bath in the room. If you do not register with a roommate, Omega will assign you one. A Double rooms have two beds; A Couple rooms have one queen-size bed. Bed linens, pillow, blanket, soap, and towels are provided. You may wish to bring extra towels or blankets. These cabins are heated. Handicapped-accessible Type A housing is available. Facility fee included. Bed linens, pillow, blanket, soap, and towels are provided. You may wish to bring extra towels or blankets. These cabins are heated. Facility fee included. B Double Housing: Type B double housing is a room you share with a roommate, with a bath shared with one adjoining room. If you do not register with a roommate, Omega will assign you one. Bed linens, pillow, blanket, soap, and towels are provided. You may wish to bring extra towels or blankets. These cabins are heated. Facility fee included. Photos [Interior] [Exterior] Dorm Single: A dorm single is a small private room in a cabin with the bath shared by a total of 8-12 guests. Omega does not provide linens for dorm singles. You must bring your own sheets or sleeping bag, blankets, towels, and pillows, or you may rent these from Omega for a small fee. Dorms are located uphill from mid-campus. Dorms are heated but can be chilly. We make every effort to house guests in single-gender dorms; however, depending upon enrollment, some dorms may be coed. Handicapped-accessible dorm deluxe singles are available. Facility fee included. Photos [Interior] [Exterior] Tent Cabins: Tent cabins are roomy tents on platforms with two single beds and electricity. Omega will not assign roommates. (Roommates must register at the same time for Tent Cabin Double.) Omega does not provide linens for tent cabins. You must bring your own sheets or sleeping bag, blankets, towels, and pillow, or you may rent these from Omega for a small fee. Bathhouses with showers are nearby. Sites are located in a wooded area uphill from mid-campus. Facility fee included. Photos [Interior] [Exterior] Camping: Campsites are pre-assigned and located near the lake or in a wooded area uphill from mid-campus. You must provide your own tent and all appropriate camping gear. Stoves or campfires are not allowed; meals are included in the camping fee. Bathhouses with showers are near camping areas. Recreational vehicles may not be used in camping areas or parking lots. Facility fee included. Photos [Exterior] Commuter/Facility Fee: If you are a commuter not staying in Omega housing, this nonoptional fee covers Omega's overhead costs, all meals, and use of the facilities, which includes optional classes, evening performances, sampler classes (during the week), the lake, walking trails, parking, and all guest services. Include the facility fee in the Housing column on the registration form. An off-campus referral list is available. |
