Spring R & R Wellness Retreat
25% Off Wellness Center Visits

Spring is a season of rebirth and transformation. It is a time for dramatic and changeable weather, yet it is also a time when tender growth is embraced by the warming sun and by those who watch the flush of green and the blush of color with eager and grateful eyes.

Welcome Spring this year with an R&R Retreat. We want to give you a little extra incentive to take a break, so we're offering 25% off any Wellness Center service that you book during an R&R stay this spring, from April 30-June 19. Renew your skin after a cold, dry winter; loosen tight muscles with a wide range of bodywork options; or dive deeper into your healing journey with a therapeutic treatment.

While at our beautiful and restful campus in the rolling hills of the Hudson Valley, take advantage of all the great things included in your stay, like meditation, yoga, tai chi, and other classes designed to help you take a break. Walk our country roads, rest in a hammock by the lake, shop the bookstore, and enjoy the healthy meals in our dining hall.

We look forward to helping you blossom in this season of transition.

*R&R Retreats are available April-October and require a 2-night minimum. Weekends cannot be broken up. Spring R&R Wellness Retreat is available only to R&R guests from April 30-June 19. Omega R&R gives you the opportunity to enjoy the wealth of activities that are available on the Omega Campus without taking a catalog workshop. Or, if you are coming for a workshop, plan to come a few days early or stay a few days longer.*

Retreats are subject to availability. Fill out a Rejuvenation Retreat Inquiry Form
