Omega Teen Camp Meals

Meals are always a favorite time of day at camp and we offer a healthy alternative to traditional summer camp food. Most of our chefs come from the Omega Institute, which is famous for its healthy vegetarian cuisine.

Teens can eat as much as they want at Omega Teen Camp meals. All meals are served buffet style with many different choices and selections. There are always fabulous salads, great vegetarian or vegan dishes, and occasionally free-range organic chicken and beef. Of course, we always have an ample supply of fresh bread with peanut butter and jelly on hand as an alternative. In the afternoon, we often have snacks of fruit, cookies, and juice.

While special dietary requests, such as lactose-free or gluten-free, cannot be accommodated, there are generally plenty of alternatives at each meal to satisfy all campers. For those with serious peanut allergies, please note we regretfully cannot guarantee that peanut products can be completely avoided at Omega Teen Camp meals.
