Welcome to a typical day at Omega Teen Camp! Each day includes morning yoga and meditation, plus four chances to choose from more than 40 teen summer camp activities.

7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.Morning Yoga and Meditation at the Yoga/Dance Space*
8:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m.Breakfast
9:30 a.m.–9:45 a.m.Morning Announcements on the Dining Hall Lawn
9:45 a.m.–10:45 a.m.1ST Activity Period
60 minute Activity
10:45 a.m.–11:00 a.m.Check-In at the Flag Pole
11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.2nd Activity Period
90 minute Intensive
12:30 p.m.–1:30 p.m.Lunch
1:30 p.m.–3:00 p.m.3rd Activity Period
90 minute Intensive
3:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m.Check-In at the Big Tent

4:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m.Free time to rest from the day's teen summer camp activities. You can return to your cabin, go for a swim, or lounge in a hammock.
