A two-and-a-half hour drive from San José-much of it through the spectacular Braulio Carrillo National Park-Sueño Azul Resort is easy to reach; if you arrive at the airport and leave on our regularly scheduled Saturday arrival and departure days, free shuttles will pick you up and drop you off. Led by some of the top workshop leaders available, we offer health and wellness programs and personal growth retreats focusing on a variety of topics to enhance the quality of your life. Please note these workshops have either a Standard or Abbreviated Schedule. They are stated as such under the title of each workshop. Standard schedules meet for 22.5 hours.
