Omega Staff—Rhinebeck Campus

At Omega, you'll be greeted by our warm and friendly seasonal staff, who are committed to welcoming and supporting you during your stay. From 18 year olds to retirees, our seasonal staff are more than likely serving in positions that are new to them. Teachers on break from school may work in the garden, lawyers may serve in the Dining Hall, and college students eager to gain team-building skills may help transfer luggage. These new roles allow our seasonal staff to learn and grow right along with you.

While you're here, you may also meet some of Omega's core staff. Our core staff work year round to plan and implement a wide variety of workshops designed to promote lifelong learning, inspired living, and community building. Together, Omega's core and seasonal staff strive to provide you with innovative educational experiences that awaken the best in the human spirit.
