Payments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Payments
A major credit card must be provided at the time of reservation in order to guarantee your appointment. In addition to major credit cards, we also accept cash and personal checks at the time of service.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
We require 24-hours notice before your scheduled appointment time to arrange changes, cancellations, or refunds. If an appointment is cancelled more than 24-hours in advance, a full refund is provided. Refunds are not provided for appointments that are changed or cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, or for any missed appointments.

Late Arrivals
We are unable to make up for lost time if you arrive late. Please check your itinerary for the exact location of your service and arrive 5-to-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
