A: Our knowledgeable and experienced reservationists will gladly assist you in scheduling Wellness treatments during your stay. Our appointments are timed to ensure that you have plenty of time to get to and from your workshop and meals-plus enough time to take it all in.
Q: Do you offer services on Arrival and Departure days?
A: Yes, appointments take place daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. However, we recommend that you schedule appointments before your arrival or departure as spaces do fill Quickly.

Q: Where should I go for my appointment?
A: We have many annex Wellness locations on Omega's Rhinebeck campus. When booking, please be sure to note the location of your appointment.
Q: What if my workshop runs over or I am running late?

Q: What should I wear?
A: Some of Omega's Wellness services recommend special attire. This is noted on your printed itinerary.
Q: Are there any special forms required?
A: All Wellness services require a standard Intake and Release form, which you can fill out when you arrive for your session. Some of our services require more detailed intake information. Links to Intake Forms specific to individual treatments can be found with treatment descriptions at eOmega.org. We ask that you print and fill out Intake Forms specific to your treatment before your appointment.
Q: What training and licensing does my practitioner have?
A: All Omega Wellness services are provided by experienced, skilled, and licensed holistic health practitioners familiar with Omega's philosophy of integrating health and wellness. We provide professional biographies for all of our practitioners. Please inquire with a Wellness reservationist for more information.
