Women & Power 2010: Our Time to Lead

Omega Institute's ninth annual Women & Power conference was held September 24–26, 2010 on our Rhinebeck, New York campus. More than 35 speakers and hundreds of people from a variety of backgrounds came together to examine emerging models of leadership being ushered in by women around the globe.

We're pleased to be able to share videos of complete keynote talks from a number of distinguished faculty at this year's Women & Power conference, including Elizabeth Lesser, Annie McKee, Malika Saada Saar, Elizabeth Alexander, Leymah Gbowee, performer Ani DiFranco, and others.

For more than 30 years, Omega has offered innovative opportunities for women, including the acclaimed Women & Power conferences. During the next two years, the Women's Institute will be in a growth process that will culminate in the launch of the Women's Leadership Center (WLC) in 2012. We look forward to keeping you informed as we develop this exciting new part of Omega.
