Omega Costa Rica

This winter, leave your hat and gloves at home. Enjoy the warm sun and pristine beaches of Costa Rica with an Omega winter learning vacation at Blue Spirit Retreat. Our all-inclusive packages offer the perfect combination of rest and relaxation, lifelong learning, and inspired living.

Take classes with some of Omega's top teachers in one of Costa Rica's most beautiful natural settings—the lush jungle on the edge of the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy all that Blue Spirit Retreat has to offer, including delicious food, elegant accommodations, miles of white sand beaches, an infinity pool, library, café, and more.

This brand new resort, created by Omega cofounder Stephan Rechtschaffen, is located in Nosara, on the northwest coast of Costa Rica. The local town boasts excellent restaurants, local cultural events, and an international community that gives the region a vibrantly creative atmosphere.

Omega's All-Inclusive Package

Each weeklong program is 8 days and 7 nights, beginning and ending on Saturdays. Fees vary according to accommodations choice. The all-inclusive package includes:

While You're Here

  • Relax and slow down to the pace of Costa Rican life with a massage.
  • Stop by the cafe and treat yourself to a glass of organic wine or beer, or enjoy a cappuccino, espresso, or natural fruit juice with a baked good, raw food treat, ice cream, or fruit sorbet.
  • Kick back in the library and enjoy a book or quiet conversations with friends.
  • Float in the natural salt water infinity pool that overlooks the ocean.
  • Arrange for a excursion and explore the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica (additional fees apply.)
