  • Be an active and empowered participant in your whole health care
  • Understand how to view your mind, body, and spirit as one integrated, holistic living being
  • Learn about women's hormonal, breast, heart, and bone health
  • Utilize the best holistic and allopathic medical therapies for your health and healing
  • Discover more about who you really are and how to make life-affirming choices
  • Understand how nutrition, vitamins, and supplements can support your health
  • Harmonize your individual Ayurvedic constitution (dosha) and balance your meridian/energy body
  • Learn simple and powerful self-healing modalities

Join a supportive community of women in Omega's nourishing and restorative setting for a week of laughter, love, and life transformation.
