Omega is pleased to offer this special workshop with David Darling and Chungliang Al Huang. These two beloved workshop leaders offer their celebrated collaboration in cultivating the creative person through tai chi movement rituals and the power of music.

This is a retreat of great power and beauty. Huang leads us in tai chi meditations and qigong breathing exercises while Darling plays beautiful and inspiring cello improvisations. These two internationally acknowledged masters share a lifelong kinship and a passion to inspire others to reclaim their birthright as creative human beings, as natural tai chi dancers, and as joyous, instinctive musicians.

The week is a celebration of the artists, the philosophers, the musicians, and the dancers in all of us. Come to rejoice in the Tao and the power of being fully alive.

David Darling is also teaching Entering the Now (with Amelia Barili), August 22-24, and is part of Discover YOUR Music, June 15-20.

David Darling is a Grammy-nominated musician with many solo albums. He has appeared with a wide range of musical talents, including Bobby McFerrin, the Paul Winter Consort, Spyro Gyra, and Arlo Guthrie. Darling is the cofounder of Music for People, a nonprofit educational network dedicated to teaching and fostering music improvisation as a means of creative self-expression. daviddarling.com
