For 25 years, the Empowerment Workshop has been offered at Omega to support you in creating your life as you most want it. It is based on the world-renowned empowerment work of Gail Straub and David Gershon, whose best-selling book Empowerment: The Art of Creating Your Life As You Want It, is now available in a 20th anniversary edition.
The workshop premise is that your beliefs create the conditions of your life. If you wish to change your life, you need to envision the new possibility and transform the limiting beliefs that are creating the current situation. The workshop applies this transformation methodology to the seven content areas of your life: relationships, work, money, your body, sexuality, emotions, and spirituality.
As a foundation for this transformation work, the workshop helps you create a healthy core belief system; utilize the tools of affirmation and visualization to help manifest your dreams; and cultivate the personal power to sustain your growth over time. You will apply these tools to create dynamic visions in each area of your life.
