Annette
The Free Heart
Everyone yearns to live a life from the Free Heart. We all have an intuitive sense of what that might be, and yet too often feel that we are missing the mark. Together we explore real possibilities, so that our yearning can translate itself more and more into a living reality. In a nurturing setting we use meditative inquiry, movement, and creative expression to leap into and from the depth of our Heart. Annette's background includes the nondual meditation traditions of India and Tibet, as well as modern Western integrative modalities. She also facilitates Women's Circles for the recognition and celebration of Spirit in its feminine embodiment.

Stephan Rechtschaffen, M.D.
Island Time: Living Fully in This Moment
In this workshop physician and cofounder of Omega Stephan Rechtschaffen teaches holistic approaches to time, longevity, stress reduction, and well-being. Through visualization techniques, mindfulness practices, and awareness exercises, the author of Timeshifting: Creating More Time to Enjoy Your Life and coauthor of Vitality and Wellness, shows us how to slow down and come into the authentic and natural rhythms that are the result of living fully in the present moment.

Steven Michael Pague
Exploring the Natural Mysteries of Our World
Steven Michael Pague combines his years of experience as codirector and host of Omega's Maho Bay program—gathering people with music, dance, chant, and prayer—with his movement and awareness skills to help us tap into the sacred heart of the mysteries within and around us. We begin our week in soft, harmonic sound to thank the natural world, then explore an eclectic blend of nature awareness, tracking, fire-making, thanksgiving, peace-making, personal development, and artistic expression.

Alan Lowen
Total Presence, Natural Tantra
Tantra is about learning to be in love; not essentially with somebody, but as a way of being. It calls us to embrace in friendship the totality of our being so that we are able to pour ourselves fully into life. Join Alan Lowen, founder of The Art of Being and recipient of Kindred Spirit's Transformation award, as he guides us on powerful journeys into our bodies, feelings, male-female nature, and the boundless mystery of our being.

John Perkins
Achieving Peace Through Higher Consciousness
Before writing and teaching about shapeshifting, shamanism, and ecology, John Perkins worked for the World Bank and the U.S. government. He left when he realized he was part of a system that was transforming the once-respected American republic into a feared empire. Having worked with shamans and indigenous populations around the world for four decades, Perkins, author of the best-selling Confessions of an Economic Hit Man, now shows us how to achieve personal and global peace and prosperity by expanding our consciousness and shapeshifting our institutions.

Ann Lindsay
Watercolor in the Caribbean
Join award-winning artist and teacher Ann Lindsay, author of Watercolor: A New Beginning: A Holistic Approach to Painting, as we discover the soulful pleasure of painting with watercolor, an especially wonderful way to experience and record our travels in a deep and sustaining way. Appropriate for beginners and advanced beginners, this workshop helps us develop our creative skills through both studio classes and outdoor painting. A list of supplies to bring will be sent upon registration. See the participant letter for more information (pdf format; must have Adobe Acrobat Reader).

Gina Norman
Vinyasa Yoga
Join Gina Norman for a week of unwinding and relaxing through the powerful practice of Vinyasa Yoga. As your body and mind let go amidst Maho Bay's beautiful Caribbean setting, we work to establish a strong foundation in asana (postures) and meditation with insightful alignment, adjustments, and plenty of practice. Feel rejuvenated and inspired this week as you get to know your body and breath. Bring this dynamic yoga practice home with you.
