Learn how to grow beyond the old behaviors, beliefs, and attitudes that interfere with the loving intimate relationships you desire. This experiential workshop, based on the groundbreaking work of Harville Hendrix and his best-selling book, Keeping the Love You Find: A Guide for Singles, is for all who are interested in understanding past and present relationships as crucibles for personal growth.

Using guided imagery, written exercises, role-playing, and group process, this workshop helps you:
  • Understand why you tend to be attracted to certain types of partners
  • Take the steps to overcome fears and say "good-bye" to old relationship wounds
  • Discover how old ways of coping are sabotaging your relationship
  • Practice new skills that help you work through conflict
  • Make the changes in yourself that foster finding and keeping the love you desire
This workshop is open to individuals and couples interested in exploring each person's individual issues. Professionals also gain information they can use with clients.

$50 materials fee; include when you register.
