Beryl Bender Birch has been a student of yoga since 1971 and has studied with many great teachers. She traveled extensively in India in 1974 and has been teaching yoga and yoga teachers for 32 years. She is the author of the best-sellers, Power Yoga and Beyond Power Yoga, a contributing editor to Yoga Journal, and the director/founder of The Hard & The Soft Yoga Institute. |
