Based on the groundbreaking movement and self-realization technique Continuum, developed by Emilie Conrad, Moving Medicine creates an environment where the “liquid river of health can flow vigorously.”

Conrad defines three distinct tissue structures as the cultural, primordial, and cosmic anatomies. “Becoming aware of the primordial-cosmic flows of information can be instrumental in diffusing our cultural inhibitors, helping us to move beyond our stifling adaptive patterns, ultimately becoming a resource for health and creativity,” she says.

This week, we become adventurers in the unmapped territory of our biocosmic anatomy as we engage with frequency realms in which, Conrad says, we are not bound by time, space, or condition. We learn to summon the scope of the profound restorative energies that enrich our consciousness and nourish our soul. Tissue structure becomes multidimensional as streams of nourishment are readily absorbed.

Ultimately, we discover ourself to be a renewable resource, learning how to keep life supporting fluid moving within our connective tissue, organs, skeletal structure, and even our brain.

Health professionals, movement therapists, and others are invited to explore this revolutionary approach to re-mapping the human body.

Emilie Conrad is founder of Continuum and author of Life on Land. Her work is incorporated by an international audience of professionals from fields such as Rolfing, craniosacral therapy, physical therapy, and psychoneuroimmunology. continuummovement.com
