The human body is capable of diverse and myriad movements. In this class, we learn to isolate each joint and then take the related bones through the ranges of movement available. Ultimate asana concerns itself with releasing mental and physical boundaries, usually self-imposed, so that awareness and conscious relaxation become integral in taking movement to its absolute extreme of pace and strength. This vigorous and rigorous class requires good health and understanding of movement.
