Join Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee for an expertly guided asana, pranayama, and meditation intensive. We begin with a balanced asana practice that sets us up for true absorption of prana. From there, we practice a number of pranayama techniques that lead us to the door of meditation. As we go more deeply and quietly into the meditative state, we begin to understand the more subtle aspects of our posture and breath.
