Meditation is the basic key to a happy life. The nature of our mind is to create fear because it feels this will protect us. However, we have the choice to see above and beyond fear through meditation. If we meditate, our subconscious fears will not leak into our conscious awareness. We then have an opportunity to live a clear and happy life, to view our lives beyond time and space. We end our time together with dancing and relaxing to the sounds of the "sacred gong."
