Kaline Alayna Kelly
Healing & Movement Modalities
General

The principles of Thai massage find their origins deeply rooted in the yogic and Ayurvedic traditions. Practiced for centuries as a sacred healing modality in Buddhist temples, this treatment calms the mind, rebalances the body, increases flexibility, and stimulates the free flow of prana. Enjoying roles as both the giver and the receiver in this intensive, we have the opportunity to move in a sacred dance of assisted asanas, freeing blockages and allowing the body's energies to flow harmoniously and in a way that promotes healing. Kaline Alayna Kelly's playful, passionate, and loving presence creates a space where both those new to bodywork, as well as advanced practitioners, are able to find inspiration and take home valuable tools for their own spiritual practices, as well as to share with others.

Kaline Alayna Kelly is a senior teacher and holds a master certification in Asokananda’s Sunshine Network of Thai Massage and Ayruvedic Bodywork in Thailand and New Zealand. She has lived and taught in Thailand for 11 years and studied extensively with several Thai massage masters.
