Low back strain is frequently due to pulling in the hamstrings, outer legs, and buttocks. In this intensive, we map patterns of strain in our legs through both dynamic and supported postures, and engage in chikitsa-applying posture techniques as a remedy for the way torque and compression compromise the sacrum and the low back.
